As many others have posted or are posting about the Blizzard 09 in Alabama, we are joining in. Ella Joy wasn't sure what to think of the snow at first. We headed out to church since Trey had ushering responsibilities. As we left the snow was really coming down and it was windy outside and the snow flakes were hitting her in the face she was wanting to go inside. The ride to church was fun because she could see the snow hitting the windshield. But of coarse when we got out, she buried her head in my chest and wanted to get out of the snow. We made it home in enough time to still have plenty of fun in the snow. Once she changed clothes and got outside with her daddy & Jude Allday, all was forgotten and she loved it. Ella Joy would sing Frosty the Snowman all through the holidays ( her Mimi taught her this song) so on Sunday she just chimed right in again. Hope you all enjoyed the snow!

How fun- and Ella actually had a real, matching snow suit! I'm impressed- we were all mismatched.
So cute! Wish we had been there to play in the snow!
I'm impressed that Troy got that much snow! WOW! And our kids were totally mismatched, too! But they were little ragamuffins in the snow, so they were happy!
